Tailless Bear LIMITED TERMS OF SERVICE

Create derivative works based on T.B. intellectual property

Circumvent regional content restrictions

ARTICLE III - FINANCIAL TERMS

3.1 Virtual Currency Purchases:

All sales are final unless required by local consumer law

Currency valuations may fluctuate based on economic balancing

3.2 Refund Policy:

Denied for User remorse or gameplay dissatisfaction

Granted only for technical failures verifiable by T.B.

ARTICLE IV - DATA PRACTICES

4.1 Collection: We collect:

Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address)

Gameplay analytics (session duration, purchase history)

Voluntary survey responses

4.2 Retention: User data persists for:

Active accounts: 5 years post-termination

Fraudulent accounts: Indefinitely for legal compliance

ARTICLE V - THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

5.1 Social Media: Sharing features to platforms like Facebook/Google are provided "as-is" without liability.

5.2 Payment Processors: Disputes with third-party payment providers must be resolved directly.

ARTICLE VI - WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

6.1 Services provided "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of:

Uninterrupted access

Error-free performance

Compatibility with future hardware/software

6.2 T.B. expressly disclaims responsibility for:

User-generated content accuracy

Third-party marketplace transactions

Psychological impacts from competitive gameplay

ARTICLE VII - INDEMNIFICATION

7.1 Users agree to defend and hold harmless T.B., its affiliates, and licensors from claims arising from:

Breach of this Agreement

Infringement of third-party rights

Physical/emotional harm allegedly caused by Services

ARTICLE VIII - MISCELLANEOUS

8.1 Severability: Invalid clauses shall be reformed to preserve intent.

8.2 Language: English version prevails over translations.

8.3 Assignment: T.B. may transfer rights/obligations without consent.
